However, areas with moisture penetration will cool down slower than dry areas. This creates a difference in temperature that we can detect with our infrared thermal detection equipment.

By using thermal technology to detect moisture in your roof, we are able to accurately restore and protect your roof, as well as improve insulation. If moisture gets into your insulation, your home becomes less energy-efficient as the insulation’s R-Value, or insulation power, is reduced.
